BABEL - Journey

This is the 2nd part of my graduation project that I have worked on for the past 2 months. I took the basic premise of the classic tale from the Bible: The Tower of Babel, a story where the people are trying to build the biggest structure ever conceived with the goal to reach heaven.

This whole project would be a concept for an animated movie where the viewer would follow an old journalist and a local girl up the tower and experience the whole thing through their eyes.

Part 2 - Journey:
As the teams journey continues their journey they arrive in one of the most idyllic parts of the tower. It is a calm place where the two can breath and just admire the beauty without having to worry about falling or the obsessed priests that roam the tower. But the road has a lot of unexpected dangers to offer. All the way at the top, the girl finally understands how it was possible for the tower to be "built", but also that right now it is going horribly wrong. The grow process apparently went completely out of control. The peak has become a dangerous place for anyone.
